We build 25 to 50 at a time and publish the window before we take a dollar. A $250 deposit holds your place. It's refundable until we cut metal for your batch; after that it converts to the order.

How it works
Reserve
Pick a kit or module, pay the $250 deposit. You get a numbered place in the batch and every field-test note as we build it.
We cut
When the batch reaches its minimum, we order parts. You get a note the day we do. From that day the deposit is part of the order.
Balance
Due before ship, about two weeks out. If the window slips, we tell you why and by how much; you can cancel for a full refund of the balance at any slip.
Warranty
Lifetime on the Frame and rail. Two years on everything else that isn't fabric or finish. Thirty-day returns on modules in as-shipped condition. Curated objects carry their maker's warranty.
Reservations are handled through a payment link on each product page once Stripe is connected; until then the button collects your email and we'll invoice the deposit by hand.
